The task was to create a user manual for a product. I chose the humble paper cutter and made an exploded view of the product in the form of an isometric projection to better explain the use of each part. This inspired me to further explore the idea of layers and render the illustration in a paper-cut way since a cutter knife is majorly used to cut paper. I have used dotted lines as an element in my composition as they are used to indicate the crease lines meant for cutting.
